rsrc2rcp is a tool for converting Codewarrior for PalmOS resource files directly to PilRC resource files..
Current Status
The latest development version is 0.7.
Read the comments and notes at the start of the script for tips on using under Mac OS X and Windows.
Unknown resource types are now dumped out with the HEX command.
Finally we have some primitive bitmap support. Single-bit bitmaps can be saved as .bmp or .pbitm (text) formats.
rsrc2rcp is still alpha software. Some resource types are still not handled the way they should.

Software Requirements
rsrc2rcp is written is Perl. So you need to have Perl 5.0 or later installed in order to use rsrc2rcp.
